In KS3 (Years 7–9), students study a broad British curriculum including English, maths, sciences, humanities, Arabic, Islamic Studies, ICT, PE, and the arts. In KS4 (Years 10–11), students work towards either Cambridge International or Pearson Edexcel IGCSEs across core and optional subjects. Yes. Durham School provides clear, structured support for IGCSE preparation throughout KS4. Students receive guidance on subject selection at the start of Year 10, with teachers and pastoral leads helping each girl choose the combination that best suits her strengths and future plans. Revision support, mock examinations, and targeted intervention are embedded into the KS4 programme to ensure every student is well prepared for her IGCSE examinations.
